Very good service

I have been living here for two weeks and I am very impressed with the quality of service. I want to highlight the professionalism of the Leasing Office team (Kristina and Vanessa) and the Maintenance team (Junior and Humberto); they are friendly and dedicated. The application process was very smooth. The issues identified during the move-in inspection were resolved quickly and efficiently. The amenities are working perfectly, the cleanliness is good, the apartment is spacious, and the location… is great. I highly recommend it!

TOP FLOOR NOISY UNIT

If you tour the top floor units, you will notice the echoing humming noise, please don't ignor this, I did, when I tour the unit, I somehow ignor this constant humming noises, they are going to sip through the wall, and make your unit very noisy, I believe they are coming from the compressor mounted on the rooftop.
the noise will haunt you day and night, so don't move into the top floor unit for your own sake. Because it is an old building, there are viberation everywhere. wall and floor and… ceiling, from AC blower wheel, compressor on the rooftop, electrical boxes. Please be aware.
