Disappointing First Week at Mallory Eastside
Only one week into living here and already dealing with serious issues. The paid valet trash service failed completely—a broken-down box that met all guidelines sat outside my apartment for four days despite multiple emails, photos, and requests for staff to check it in person. No response from management for days.
There are also noise problems, including loud music after 10 p.m. from nearby units. The property looks nice, but the lack of responsiveness and follow-through from management during... my first week has been very disappointing.
