Hostile staff They don't have good public relations, can just burge in even when you are showering then moving to temporary units I had a terrible experience when it was time to move back to the original. They couldn't find my keys in time but still coerced to move in a day or fine me.

Door issue The fourth story parking garage entrance adjacent to building 13 is broken and has been for months. The fob scanner quite literally hangs from the wall, wires exposed and at times won’t work at all. People prop the door open due to this but staff, while knowing the door is broken, continues to close the door.
