The leasing staff is very nice. Ms. Alvena has unlimited patience and is a very clear communicator. It was a joy working with them. The apartment itself is nice and spacious.
On the other hand, the hallway stinks very badly. The staircase looks tore up. It almost looks haunted.

We love it here! Being so close to the trails is great. Sometimes it’s a little noisy, but it’s still the best apartment I’ve ever lived in.

The community is good, they have all the amenities, the maintenance team is good, i have a wayer damage issue in my apartment and they get fixed it correctly on the same day. The people at the leasing office were very nice. Then best thing i like it that it has Spring Creek teail starting from the community to keep you closer to the nature.
