Good management, Bad apartment

Blanca is terrific but parking is tight, laundry sucks, security is horrible, there’s roaches everywhere, and it’s way too expensive. Please find a different place to live.

wish i had hot water

you will not have any hot water the entire time. when you ask management they get upset. I've been here for a long time and theonly thing management does is raise the rent

Stood up

Made an appt to see this place and was stood up. Called multiple times and left messages at the time and the next day. Never got a call back.

Noise!

Beware of noise! Neighboring units blasting music, residents yelling in neighboring units, children running along corridors. Management will just tell you that they can’t do anything about noise; the manager even told me directly that she, “cannot evict anyone for noise.” Another issue is children yelling and throwing footballs in common areas (potentially causing damage to your apartment or car). I have reported this occurrence to management several times but it keeps happening. If you just… want a cheap place to live with good maintenance, then look no further. But if you actually want a quiet place to live (and work if you’re working from home), I suggest looking elsewhere. Students in particular are best served by shared houses—more amenities, cheaper, and much more peaceful. Lest you get stuck next to a rowdy family of four crammed into a one-bedroom; management will not help you.

Great management and property

The manager, Blanca, is great. I was pretty well settled on another place but management sold me and I made the right choice moving here. Very quiet and calm environment and well kept units.
