It's been good, the only thing is that there is not parking guaranteed you need to pay for reserved parking and even then people just park in your spot, everything else it's great.

Excellent property, being this close to the nature preserve and the annual festival grounds is awesome. It's a quiet neighborhood and we have had no worries in our time here

Move in was successful and easy going! Courtney was amazing at assisting for any of our needs. Jordan was helpful and great with communication as well! Both lovely ladies! Complex is clean and quiet, great location.

I’m very appreciative of how timely the work orders that get submitted are worked in a very timely manner and how when emails are sent to address and concerns. They responded to in a timely manner.

I moved in several years ago after moving to Dallas from Texarkana for a job opportunity. This was a very nice and quiet apartment complex. Its the type where you never see the police because there are not disturbances or domestic issues requiring them to respond to this complex. It is quiet and peaceful since its filled with people who are local professionals working in telecom alley. Theres a beautiful pool to relax in. There are great amenities. There is also a beautiful old growth forested... park with a flowing creek and trails cutting through the complex. Every evening you can place your trash can outside your door and a service empties it for you. The grounds are kept clean and maintained. It has been 6 years now that I've stayed here. This complex is full of adults that respect themselves, thier neighbors and community. Thats why I've become comfortable and stayed.
