Avoid at all cost unless you can be a caveman
I would give this place negative 1000 stars if I could, but I know 2-star reviews are harder to remove, so here we are.
Let me be clear—the only positive experiences I’ve had have been with the maintenance men, and that’s likely because they have no control over the bigger issues. Every interaction I’ve had with the leasing office staff and management (including the property manager, I believe her name is Nesha) has been horrible and downright awful.
The problem is the management and living... conditions.
Since moving into Fairway Town Center, it has been one issue after another. I went months without hot water and had to continuously fight just to get the water heater replaced. My dishwasher overflowed with nasty water within the first week of moving in. The water was completely out for about two months. My AC stopped working and it took a month—plus constant follow-ups from me—before it was finally replaced.
Parking is also a nightmare. It’s extremely limited, and towing is a real issue—be prepared to risk getting your car towed even when you’re just trying to park near your own home.
I’ve also been locked out of my own apartment due to a faulty sliding door that isn’t properly maintained. Most recently, my toilet flusher broke due to corrosion.
While maintenance has been helpful when they actually come out, the overall management, communication, and response times are unacceptable.
At this point, I am trying to break my lease in good faith and leave on decent terms, but they will not allow it unless I pay $3,200. That alone should say everything—because I am willing to pay that just to get out of here.
No matter what specials they’re running or how good the price looks, I would strongly recommend staying away. The stress and constant issues are not worth it.
