DO NOT MOVE HERE

These are probably the worst apartments i have lived in and i have in many apartments. There are rodents, roaches, spiders everywhere. They don’t maintenance staff so forget about getting anything fixed. The management is extremely rude and does not care about anything The property is a trash and theft is an ongoing issue.

I am sharing my experience to provide transparency for anyone considering this apartment community. While every resident’s experience may differ, several ongoing issues have significantly impacted mine.

My noise rating is not lower because my current neighbor is much more considerate than previous ones. However, I strongly advise against renting a downstairs unit, as management considers noise during designated hours acceptable, leaving limited options for resolution.

Overall, I would not...
recommend this community. Within the past year, the property has gone through three different management teams, resulting in inconsistent communication and unresolved concerns. Maintenance has been unreliable, with repair requests often taking weeks or months to be addressed, if they are completed at all. Due to limited staffing and lack of follow-up, submitting maintenance requests often feels unproductive.

I was verbally informed that renewing my lease would include one month of free rent. I contacted the office multiple times in October and November and sent an email to confirm but received no response. When I later followed up, I was told verbal agreements could not be honored, despite other residents receiving the same incentive. This inconsistency was frustrating.

Office communication is poor overall, with phone calls frequently going unanswered. One positive is Emily, a long-term staff member who is professional and reliable, though her efforts cannot offset broader operational issues.

Parking is first come, first served, which is difficult for residents who return home later in the evening. This review reflects my ongoing experience, and I am actively exploring other housing options.
Also , let me add today is 1/25 my heater is not working at all and I have my mother who has dementia. I called on call maintenance and when you press one it hangs up ! Don’t move here!

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would.

Many of the recent five-star reviews mentioning staff names or move-in experiences are not genuine reflections of the property. The leasing office often asks residents to write reviews that include employee names so those employees can receive bonuses. They also tell new residents that leaving a review is part of qualifying for certain discounts or move-in promotions, which is why so many reviews sound repetitive and overly positive.

My experience living here was completely different:
• Trash...
is ALWAYS (litterally always) overflowing around the dumpsters and common areas.
• Dog waste is left throughout the property, and very few pet owners clean up after their animals. DOG PARK IS UNUSABLE DUE TO DOG WASTE.
• Residents frequently walk their dogs without leashes or let dogs free roam.
• Many patios are cluttered with trash, old furniture, and storage items, making the complex look neglected.
• The walls and ceilings are extremely thin. You can clearly hear conversations, footsteps, and everything down to "adult activities."
• Loud pool parties and outdoor noise are common, especially late at night.
• The entire complex often smells like weed, even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking property. Drug bags and swishers often found in walkways. Terrible environment for professionals or children.
• Parking is limited, good luck finding parking after 3pm. No assigned parking.
• Maintenance requests take a long time to be resolved and are often done carelessly.
• The landscaping is poorly maintained often only upkept near the front.
• The security gates are broken often.

*They mark up the apartments to mark them down to seem like you are getting a deal*

*I have not met a single resident who chose to renew their lease after their first term.*

The property looks nice in photos, but the reality is disappointing. Between the noise, lack of upkeep, strong odors, and unresponsive management, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.

Do not rent here

Horrible apartments do not move here appliances are cheap and breaks easily , water is hard and nasty and reeks of sewage your paying for amenities not quality
