I’ve been around real estate nearly my entire life, growing up in a family deeply rooted in the industry. Some of my earliest memories are of folding flyers for brochure boxes and helping set up open house signs during my elementary school years. After high school, I attended St. Cloud State University in Minnesota as one of only two universities in the five state area offering a degree in Real Estate. In the spring of 2012, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Sales and Marketing. Shortly after, I launched my own real estate appraisal company Weinzetl Appraisal Services, which I ran through 2015. That same year, I earned my real estate salesperson license and quickly built a thriving business, selling 40+ homes annually and leading a successful real estate team. In 2018, God called me to Texas. My wife Kristen, our family, and I made the move alongside Sonny and Chelsie Zahn, leaving behind a strong business to start fresh. Since then, we’ve fallen in love with the Texas lifestyle, and I’ve found great joy in helping others make the same cross country transition we did. In 2021, I expanded my expertise by obtaining my mortgage originator’s license, allowing me to better serve clients with not just real estate sales, but also financing. With a background that spans appraisals, mortgage, and real estate, I bring a well rounded perspective to every transaction, giving clients confidence that every detail is handled with experience and care. Outside of real estate, I enjoy playing pickleball, hiking, working out with F3 Austin and spending time with my wife Kristen and our two boys, Benson and Boaz.
