Moving i was great
Abby Jahnna and Alexis are top notch. So happy, patient and helpful. The apartment looks great on move in. I look forward to living here. I cant wait to try the basketball court.!

Las Brisa’s was an easy choice after touring and meeting the staff at the front office. Alexis worked with me and my roommate so well and this process was not stressful at all like it had been at previous places.

Las Brisa is a beautiful place to live, it has great amenities to enjoy with family or watch the view around the pond, on top that everything is nearby!

I have lived at the complex for a little over a year and initially it was great. Now I have upstairs neighbors who continue to bang and stomp on the floor/my roof, slam cabinets, doors, and drawers. I have complained since April 28th more times than I can count and NOTHING has been done. I recorded videos like the apartment leasing agent Alexis, requested and the manager Anika states she couldn’t hear anything until I showed up to the office and continued to make excuses for the upstairs... neighbors saying they must have dropped a hair dryer, or maybe it’s because you live near the stairs, as if I have ever complained about noise before! I have also contacted corporate and was given a number to call Crystal and still no response. I’m not sure what to do, but my kids and I can’t continue to live like this! It is now almost 7pm and they have been stomping and banging since 5:40pm shaking my entire apartment and the office is closed. Since I have complained the neighbors have gotten worse. I am over it!!! Someone needs to do something NOW!
