*Village of Rowlett: HOME sweet HOME!

I just moved to the Village of Rowlett about two months ago! After looking and searching for an apartment. I found these to be my HOME! Every thing about them WON/WOW me over! From the price, the location, the looks of the apartments (exterior and interior) the amenities to Selina!! Even during the hard times of the pandemic Selina was very helpful, welcoming and professional at all times and because of her I am beyond pleased with my entire process from the start! Thank you, Selina and your... team! I highly recommend this place. I have no complaints and have NOT had any! That’s how HAPPY, I am HERE! Finally, I have spread the word to family and friends and will continue to spread my living experience to the perfect place I can call and feels like HOME: Village of Rowlett!

Love!

I love how small and quaint it is compared to other apartment complexes. They get everything fixed in a timely manner which is great. It is so convenient to everything I need It is an added bonus to have Bankhead right next door

Money

Nice place but do NOT pay any money unless you plan on moving in. I applied almost a month ago and still have not received my admin fee back! They say they will call back and nothing happens! It’s really ridiculous
