This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so only starter toiletries are provided. Bring your own toiletries when you come. Annual preventive maintenance may require access for checks on smoke detectors and HVAC filters, with advance notice. In case of emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a few hours, we reserve the right to enter the unit. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation and it must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed. A refundable key deposit of $35 is required and will be returned when the key is returned.
