The location is great. Staff is friendly, but I do think small improvements can be made building hallways should be power washed. The upkeep is nonexistent. There are a lot of spiders in the hallways. No one picks up after their pets. And piles all over the complex are large and alarming and the new guest parking seems a little outrageous. If you have multiple guests over they will have to pay to park their car here. Rent is a little high compared to others in the area with the same and or... better amenities.
