Artessa at Quarry Village

It has been a great in the neighborhood. Artessa management has provided more assistance and rewards program for the residents, to make the last two months more enjoyable. There are a couple of new businesses: Season52 and Home goods in the Quarry area market. Great addition!

It's decent compared to the other options. The maintainance of the door locks could be improved. They stay locked even if I have entered in my code multiple times.

It is important that after they get you in, to take care of various small things you need. They do take care of you once you move in. Maintenance for the apartment is great. Social gatherings are always fun.

I truly enjoy living at here. I enjoy my community. I feel save, I enjoy that I live close to my mother and the activities I like to do on a daily basis.

The team seems to not communicate with each other.
Each member says different things: 1. Lisa called me before moving , once to tell me I was wrong about the date of available on the apartment , another to tell me I have to come in and do inspection (she had mistook me with a tenant leaving their apartment and not the new tenant). She was wrong both times.
2. I called Vanessa and asked permission for my moving pod occupying the parking space outside, she gave permission. But when it arrived... the team was very rude, initially said no we can’t have the pod, then gave us 2 days to empty. Which was extremely difficult given I am here on army orders and I had to be active duty most of that time. So they went back on their words.

3. The constant phone calls even thought I emailed and asked them to relinquish the keys to my dad and talk with him for now or email me, as I cannot talk on the phone while at work.

4. I had called regarding setting up auto pay, which I was told to “not worry about it, we will set it up when I get here” only the team was extremely rude to my father because apparently the first payment has to be cashier check. Read More
