If your looking around the area for an apartment and don’t care it things are followed up on or people who genuinely care, i’d suggest another apartment complex. We consider Artessa the worst of the best. It has the potential of being a true luxury complex, but doesn’t have the leadership and follow through to go from average to luxury.

The management at Artessa is great! Maintenance requests are answered quickly and the front desk is able to assist with a friendly face at all times.

I do tell folks how nice it is to live in the Artessa. Have friends at The Pearl and we compare apts all the time, that place sort of fun to visit but don’t wanna live there.
