I cant say enough about there quality of service and amenities here on their property. I have been living here for 6 years, I never had any issues that management has not solve in a timely manner. This property is close to shopping malls , schools ect... this a a pretty safe property where there is a police station 100 yards away. Great place to live ??

Boardwalk Research is a great place to live. The management is very professional and courteous. The maintenance staff is also courteous and professional. The property is well maintained and it is close to schools, shopping ect.... we have been living here for 6 years, we cant think of anywhere else to live.

I feel safe at boardwalk research and I like the community here. Even the staff are so kind to answer all my concerns. Whatever service request I raise it is getting resolved within 24 hours which I values the most. I also like the Gym here which has all the equipment's I need. Overall I feel comfortable staying here

This property is a great place to live
. Management is very helpful, friendly not distant. The maintenance people are very professional and courteous. The property is clean well kept and well lite. This property has a police sub station just a 100 feet away from the property so you feel safe here. You are close to everything schools shopping ect... Can't say enough about this property
