Coming to the USA for the first time was a big step, and I'm so glad I chose Broadstone Medical as my first home. It’s a huge relief to live in a secure, gated community. The apartments are fantastic—I love the modern kitchen with its stainless steel appliances and the beautiful wood-style floors. It makes my space feel very comfortable and nice.
A huge convenience is the package locker system. As an international student, I do a lot of online shopping, so knowing my deliveries are safe is a big... deal. The maintenance team is also amazing; they fix things super fast and are always professional.
Beyond my apartment, the community has great features like the pool and gym, which are perfect for relaxing and meeting people. The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful with my questions. This place isn't just an apartment; it's a supportive community that has made my start in a new country feel easy and safe. I am so happy here.

10/10 any maintenance needs are resolved very quick and every one at the leasing office is super helpful with absolutely everything I don’t think I’ve had a negative interaction with the workers here

Parking is difficult at night, and parcel lockers are difficult to access. But other than that, everything is good. Easy access to the complex and occasional events help make this place feel like home.
