Stay far away
This apartment complex is a dump. They do not clean the apartments prior to move in, they do not respond to maintenance requests or allow you to get out of your lease for the state of the apartment they give you. You’re literally trapped. Valet trash drags garbage in the halls. People set their smelly leaking trash out for the two days valet trash is off. Angel is the manager and belittles you when trying to address issues. Will not take any action. The apartment down the hall was robbed with... two guys in ski masks and big weapons and stole ring cameras. Management had no compassion or care. The maintenance man spat on my welcome mat twice, caught it on camera. Never received an apology. The doors have massive gaps, cockroaches come in and air goes out running your electricity bill up. Dog BM is everywhere. No one picks up after their pets. ZERO parking for people who live here.

Maintenance completes daily grounds checks each morning, including compactors and pet... stations, to help keep the community clean. Preventative pest control services are performed every Wednesday and can also be scheduled upon request. Lease agreements range from 6–14 months and, as outlined in the contract, are subject to termination fees if ended early. For safety, onsite patrol operates nightly from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., and steps have been taken to address prior incidents to ensure the community remains secure. Parking is available through reserved carports and garages, offered at a monthly rate, and our team continues to monitor surface parking for residents.
