Locqation is very good. Easy access to I10 and 410. Rent is also less compared to other apartments nearby. Other than that nothing is good here.

I have been here since July 23/25 so far it is very quiet. I was able to sit outside and not hear cars revving their engines and racing down the street. No dogs barking outside and no poop in my walkway. There is respect for each apartment area. It is very clean and maintained. I still need to go swimming as I hear that we have beautiful pools.

Children play area is missing.
School, grocery is near by.
ACs need upgrade. It continuously work for 6-7 but the temperature inside didn't drop and the maintenance person says close the blind.

Im getting everything all set up to move in soon and everything has been amazing so far! Alyssa in the office has been absolutely amazing and genuinely so helpful and I'm so appreciative I'm absolutely loving it!
