Indian Hollow

The gates are constantly broken. Although the maintance team is great, the grounds are not upkeep well and dog park is never cleaned. dog poop everywhere. there is lot of noise from traffic especially weekends

My husband and I have lived in Indian Hollow Apartments for 5 years and we love it here! It is very peaceful and quiet and we feel very safe. The staff are great and the maintenance guys rock! Every time we have a problem it gets resolved right away. Just today our refrigerator stopped working. I submitted a maintenance request online at 9 am and by noon they were here and fixed it! We had our air conditioning quit on us on Labor Day a few years back and they fixed it that day even though it was… a holiday. I was in the customer service business for years so I really appreciate how well we are treated here. I would recommend living here to everyone!

I just moved to San Antonio TX, At the beginning of my search for an apartment I was looking for some specifics.
First and the most important was safety for my family, this is a secure complex and the staff is very helpful and are always there for anything, also the closeness to everything shops, schools major freeways and so on made the decision so easy.
The service overall is excellent.

First off, everyone here is really nice and the staff are so energetic and helpful. I haven't had any major issues here at all. I have a very spacious apartment and it fits all of my furniture with no issues. This is a pet friendly complex which allows me to keep my best friend. My apartment faces a wooded area and sometimes there are deer out there so it's nice to look outside and not have to look at another building or a street.
