Inspire Downtown

I love living at Inspire Downtown! I also love the community. There is so much to do downtown. The Market is just across the street and there are so many restaurant options. You also always have a front row seat for all of the parades!

The management team has been great to work with. They do a good job of keeping up the property and addressing concerns. They also organize fun little get togethers for residents.

The maintenance team is quick and efficient. They are friendly and do a great job... keeping up with maintenance requests. You can count on them addressing concerns within 24 hours.

Great community overall. The property is clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location. Management is responsive and helpful, and I’ve enjoyed my time living here. Would recommend.

Great downtown location, walkable distance to a lot of downtown attractions. Building itself feels run down, working elevators haven’t consistently improved or worked, hot tub is out of order a lot, and I don’t enjoy the passive aggressive emails from management. I use to love it here, now just love it because it’s close by things. I hope to see improvements soon

love living at Inspire downtown. maintenance and the Inspire staff members are great. I have been living in the same apartment for almost 3 years and never had a bad experience. My neighborhoods are great and I enjoy the hot tub.

Expectations always exceeded. Everyday since I've lived here it's always felt like a home. From the people living here to the front office helping you with any issues. Great place to live and good location.
