I love our townhome, it is comfortable and has a good layout. Also, when we submitted a maintenance ticket, they came the next day and fixed everything quickly.

Things are a lot better with new manager. There is a better response time to any issues. Complex seems to be looking cleaner.
One complaint I have is people spewing through the complex and riding right behind you if you’re driving too slow for them.
The lights also need to be fixed outside of buildings and the ones that hang in the building itself. It would make it feel safer for these to be fixed.

We just hit 4 yrs at Maxwell townhomes! We have seen lots of neighbors come and go, some good and some not so good. But we are still here! Thank you Maxwell staff and maintenance!

This is a great place to live walking distance to HEB, Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Car Rental and much more. Let's come together and make it a 5? ?? ? place to live. New staff great maintenance shaping the grounds. Great neighbors. Very nice and quiet place to live. Hope you all can come check it out for yourself. Don't believe all the reviews you see. Let's give the new staff a chance to prove it's a great community.
