Maxwell Townhomes

It’s a nice neighborhood. Some loud neighbors or their loud kids that come home late. Most people don’t pick up after their dogs. No upgrades have been made but rent goes up. Can’t pay rent without paying a fee.

Since my last review things have gotten better. The staff is very helpful and someone does answer the phone when you call. I did enjoy the wine and cheese gathering. It was very nice. I do have to say there is still some improvement that needs to be done. They are fixing the gates, which is a great thing. The landscaping needs to be taken care of. And there are too many stray cats running around the property. I think some exterminating outside needs to be done for the bugs and flies and there... are roaches outside as well but overall, I am satisfied with the improvements that the property is making. the parking lot need more light in the night, and everything is good, location, homes, security in the area . They are school, supermarkets, pharmacies and another business are so close

I moved in over the weekend. Great location. Just didn’t realize these apartments are huge. The office staff is nice, they work quick with you. Thank you.

We love living here. Already renewed are lease. The community is great, quiet and respectful. The Maintenance friendly and gets things done in a timely manner.
