Let’s start here…. After a slew of cars in our complex getting stolen, I had my replacement car get towed from the apartment in front of my garage. After I went in, the manager said she would take care of it and I would be able to get the car out without payment. I show up to the tow lot, nothing was communicated to the towing company. I call the apartments back while being stranded at the tow lot and the manager lied and said “she never said that”.

RUN from this place!!!!! The people here are so unprofessional we finished are lease and got billed 475.00 which we moved out 6 mths before our lease and still paid our monthly rent because we signed a contract. Once we finished the last payment they hit us with 475.00 I called and spoke to 2 different people and they didn’t care they kept telling me to call another company that billed us. $200 of that is carpet cleaning. This is on top of paying $25.00 fee for my small cooler being on my... patio. When we moved in the apartment wasn’t cleaned it looked like someone did a quick clean up so I had to hire someone to clean. The hinges of the cabinets were broken , the sink and tub were clogged, the freezer was over freezing. The fancy nice pool is ALWAYS CLOSED!! This place is horrible!!!! Oh, let’s not forget my car being towed ( got a new car) they didn’t even give me 24hrs to change my new plates. Also, half of the time we had to park way across the apartment complex because there wasn’t enough parking.. seriously don’t waste your time or money on this place the worst customer service, and apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Don’t let the fancy “luxury” property fool you!!! Also, the company they direct me to has no information on my account when I called. They couldn’t even pull me up on the account # they gave me. Nice community, very helpful and friendly staff, just wish we had more community events, but overall a wonderful experience living here.

Poor management. Landlord is rude. Oro stone oak doesn’t take into consideration the privacy of its residents. Poor maintenance response time. Only “one” maintenance man and have stated that I did not feel comfortable with him in my apartment. Extremely poor communication from staff to residents. Oro stone oak enters apartment units even when you specifically state that you’d like to be present for all work orders. No inclusion. Fire hazards when it comes to the windows not opening. The pool is... wonderful but they do not put wet floor signs up inside of the building as well. Extremely poor response time. Maintenance does not call before entering units even when specifically stated not to do so. No air circulation in the closet. I have been living at oro stone oak for over a year. Manager Alex is understanding and flexible in assisting with FINANCIAL MATTERS. When submitting MAINTENANCES, the crew is QUICK to show up and very friendly with my DOG. There has been a lot of concern from several other residence about PARKING but in my opinion, though the current arrangement is not ideal I do recognize they are a relatively new apartment complex and doing the most to find the best solution.
