The management does an excellent job running this business. Maintenance is outstanding, and the staff are consistently professional, caring, and dedicated to their tenants. We have already referred our relatives to live here and they are extremely happy too. Don’t forget that the area is a plus. Very close to both I10 and 1604 and major stores and shopping centers.

Savannah Oaks has been a friendly and safe place to live. The maintenance team is on point when it comes to work orders. They usually vote by to complete them within the next 2-3 days. Really appreciate the team here.

A honest review. I was excited to live here-
I was given a apartment that was dirty, broken appliances, and simply not ready for a new tenant although I paid them my money. As of now I would NOT suggest to live here to anyone. Its been 2 weeks thag ive physically been living here and although something have been fixed I am.still waiting for everything to get done before another month of rent hits and this gets dragged on longer.
