I have to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team at my apartment complex. Every single time I submit a maintenance request, they are quick to respond, professional, respectful, and most importantly, they actually get the problem fixed — usually in just one visit.

It’s such a relief knowing that when something needs attention, I don’t have to worry about multiple visits or constantly following up. They come prepared, take the time to figure out the issue, and make sure everything is… working properly before they leave.

They are also always courteous and respectful of my home, which I really appreciate. Consistently receiving this level of service deserves recognition. An excellent maintenance team truly makes a difference in where you live, and I’m very grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend the MAITENANCE TEAM .. definitely 5-star service! ?????

Living here has been nothing short of awesome! Maintenance is top notch, the leasing office handles any and all questions promptly! The neighborhood is quiet, which is surprising for an apartment complex. Everyone is friendly, amenities are nice. Definitely recommend

Savannah Oaks, is a very clean and beautiful community that provides many amenities and a warm environment. The management is great and are willing to assist with any an everything. I also love the activities they provide even though I'm usually at my 2nd job. But to know they are available is awesome.
