I have lived here over 10 years. The office staff and maintenance have always been extremely helpful and professional, and I feel very safe living here. It is really a wonderful place to live.

The AC issue is not getting better, they come and do something as they say, but it's still not cooling down! I work from home and it's hot at 80 degrees. They told me close my blinds and make it complete darkness. That is not something I should have to do to be comfortable. Please be more diligent in resolving this issue instead of giving me the run-around.

I’m not sure which apartment home you are in, as the review was submitted anonymously. If your A/C is still not cooling properly, please contact the office so we can assist you. We would be happy to have our maintenance team take a... look.
Regarding the suggestion to close the blinds or use curtains, this was simply offered as a way to help keep your apartment cooler during periods of extreme heat. Windows can allow a significant amount of heat and sunlight into the home, which can make it more difficult for the A/C to maintain the desired temperature. Closing blinds or curtains during the hottest parts of the day can help reduce heat gain and improve cooling efficiency.
We certainly understand and appreciate the benefit of natural light, and this suggestion was not intended to discourage that. It was only meant as a temporary measure that may help your A/C cool the apartment more effectively during peak daytime temperatures.

Been here six years with the old company, Place at Castle Hills, and now the new Serafina seems they’re not screening new tenants and landscaping is slow to respond! Tree limbs been down for about 1 month. ???
