Not worth high price

Terrible parking, people create their own parking spots. Probably worse because the owner is running an airbnb out of there so they take spots. Trash all over. People shouting and blaring music all the time, let their dogs and litter of puppies run around out in the courtyard so it smells like dog poop. Junk sitting outside all the time. Not worth the high price.
