The staff is very nice - our apartment was dirty when we walked in for the first time, and they took care of it within a day. I was very disappointed to have to wait for it to be cleaned while I had an appointment to pick up my keys, but they did reimburse me for my rent for the day. We also had many maintenance requests the first few days due to things not working properly in the apartment, and everything was fixed in in less than 24 hours and their team was so polite and welcoming.

If you are looking for a tranquil place to live with peaceful energy. I would definitely recommend the Tobin Estates, truly been one of the best places I’ve lived in the atmosphere, the level professionalism, the level of care from staff has been unreal. The biggest hidden gem in San Antonio.

Living at The Tobin Estate has truly felt like being part of a caring community. The team has always been incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive — not only to me, but also to my dogs, which means so much to me. It’s rare to find a place where both residents and pets are treated with such genuine warmth and care.
The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, and whenever I’ve needed assistance, the staff has always been responsive and thoughtful. I’m very grateful for the... positive experience I’ve had here and for the kindness the team shows every day. I would absolutely recommend The Tobin Estate to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.
