Avelyn San Marcos is an amazing choice for the sophisticated apartment dweller! The price is right as it's an affordable housing community, but the margins are wide, so almost anyone can live here! What a gorgeous, exquisite property! I LOVE living here! The pool is inviting, with a fountain in the middle, the game room and gym are first class and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I live in a one-bedroom unit and it's spacious and beautiful, with carpet in the bedroom, carpet in the huge... built-out closet, and the kitchen is an L-shaped wonder with so many cabinets that I'm in heaven! I love to cook! The living room is perfect, everything is upscale... I'm so glad I found it for myself! And it's right on the freeway so it's easy access to both Kyle and San Marcos. I couldn't have found a better place to live.
