Encore on the Bay

There is no dock, the pool is always closed. It was closed the entire summer last year. Trash valet is sporadic, dog grooming room is gross, no theater, no nothing. They never take care of issues and the office staff keeps changing.

I moved in the beginning end of January, the reviews did scare me and I brought it up with management prior to signing my lease. However, so far it’s been a great stay for me. What ever issues I did have, were immediately dealt with. I love the area, it’s quiet in my building. During the storm in the beginning of February there was some flooding in the patio square but that was quickly dealt with. The reviews here do not justice for this place. Hopefully it does stay the same but I will do… another review mid year to update everyone. There is plenty of parking, I guess it just depends if you want to park right by the main entry, or not. Everyone is nice here, and I would just love to see a bit more grassy areas in the square than rocks but aside from that I’m happy I chose this complex. No matter how good the view is, how quiet the area is, the events they put on, or the parade of office personnel/management they have (good or bad) the parking situation is horrible due to the towing. Plenty of parking but tow companies still circle the complex, like vultures waiting to feed on a dead carcass. I have been a resident here for years and still get towed. That demoralizes you and gives the apartment complex a bad reputation.
