Move in the property is old but well maintained and the staff is nice and the manager is on top of everything is impressive my neighbor are so sweet we have community events and is fun

In the past month or so since new management took over, they are fixing the fence, parking lot, repainting, power washing, they said there's many more upgrades to come. And right now since it's a transition period, there's many great unit available at promo prices. What a deal!

When I moved in June 2023 the place was ran well no issues at all. Since that time we have had a change in management companies 3 times. The last manager Thelma is the worse of all of them. She's never in the office, the phone never get answered, any requests to have anything fix let alone then doing anything preventative doesn't get done. My air filter was changed once by them only because I caught the maintenance guy and made him give me on. You pay for valet trash that doesn't get picked up... . Aside from the many issues needing to be done with upgrades or fixing like stairs (Rusting so bad they aren't even attached in some spots), siding (wood rotting and just needs some TLC) and the several times the gutters have literally fallen off the buildings, but the walls are so thin you can literally hear EVERYTHING and no one is quiet inside or outside, including the office staff that live in the complex. Some of the neighbors are great and noise is expected in an apartment complex, but... others are just horrible with arguing, slamming doors, loud tv/ radios at all hours, yelling inside/ outside, or with their doors open for everyone to hear. The rodent problem is BAD but they are trying to resolve that issue and the Valet trash is nice when they come on time or when they are supposed to (there's their one star rating... for effort). In my year of living here 2020-2021) the office staff and maintenance crew have been changed 4 times and the new management company (City Gate) is just outright horrible. You'll also be price gouged on EVERYTHING and the staff will lie to you. This place is NOT worth the money they charge AT ALL! If I could give 0 stars I would. The new staff is amazing. They are doing a fantastic job. The work orders are being completed on time. A lot of progress is being made since new management has taken over. Friendly faces...I love it!!!!! I'm not going anywhere no time soon.
