Before becoming a licensed Realtor 22 years ago, I too, was a consumer in the housing world. I remember feeling overwhelmed and often frustrated by the lack on information and misinformation I was given throughout the entire process. After surviving listing appointments, selling and buying a home with a few agents - I decided I wanted to know first hand everything I could about real estate to make the buying or selling process less confusing for anyone else. Having taken my own experiences in real estate as the consumer and client, I pride myself as a Realtor in providing personal connections and integrity to each and every transaction. I still to this day feel sense of pride each time I can hang a sold rider on a client's sign or hand over keys to anxious buyers. Although I do not profess to know everything about real estate - I make sure I know most things in my profession and challenge myself regularly to stay in front of the changes in market conditions and metropolitan inventory and happenings.
