I’ve now been here for almost 2 years and renewed my lease once and wil absolutely be renewing again. The leasing office ladies are always helpful and maintenance is fast. Any issue I’ve had has been resolved very quickly and kindly. The building is well maintained and the safety features are my favorite. Love this place

It’s an amazing building love the floor that I am on but I hate seeing dog urine in the elevator and the staircase being messy but I would never leave because I love my home

All staff was really nice and helpful during touring , leasing & moving in process. This was my first apartment ever. They provided check list which made moving & settling in smooth. Community is beautiful $ very clean.

Amenities are clean while the front desk team are always ready to resolve any concerns. Amazing experience living here. Gym is well maintained, and the pool is well kept.

My living experience at Modera has been good. Peaceful environment. Staff is attentive and engaging with tenants. No complaints. Maintenance responds and fix any issues quickly and provide update.
