Modera Six Pines

Not very good. Truly disappointed, everything I was offered when moving in was taken away. I keep getting charged and charged. Don’t you dare have an EV car in this community. Living here has actually cost me more money than living in a real luxury community. I’m regretting having signed my lease. Nothing good to say.

In my last review, I expressed concern about the impending changes at Modera Six Pines, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the continued quality of the management team. Frankly, I thought the last community manager would be hard to replace, but somehow Mill Creek managed to pull it off. The new team has been excellent. I have lived in private residences for the better part of the past 30 years and had a lot of concern about apartment living. I am approaching the end of my second year here... and I have fallen in love with both the apartment community and the neighborhood. It’s the best apartment community I have lived in and I have lived in a lot of places as a former radio talk show host and business manager. Congratulations and cheers to the new staff at the Modera Six Pines. Lee mas

I’ve now been here for almost 2 years and renewed my lease once and wil absolutely be renewing again. The leasing office ladies are always helpful and maintenance is fast. Any issue I’ve had has been resolved very quickly and kindly. The building is well maintained and the safety features are my favorite. Love this place

It’s an amazing building love the floor that I am on but I hate seeing dog urine in the elevator and the staircase being messy but I would never leave because I love my home

All staff was really nice and helpful during touring , leasing & moving in process. This was my first apartment ever. They provided check list which made moving & settling in smooth. Community is beautiful $ very clean.
