Front desk are never usually there and when they are I usually talk to the girl and she’s always sweet and helpful but the guy is HORRIBLE literally the worst experience with that guy he makes me not want to go up there I had recommended friends these apartments but I will never do that again.

I find that the staff is extremely uncaring and does not work hard for their residents. They don't seem to care about services and are very rude when you interact with them.

The complex is kept up. The people living here are polite and friendly. It is very convenient to major stores and restaurants. Some are within walking distance. once a month management usually holds some type of community event which helps you feel a closer part of the community

Birchway seems to really care about their residents and always "on top of things". They really go above and beyond such as a hot fresh breakfast once a month and other social events. Quick response to your requests. I've been very impressed and pleased living here.
