Birchway Sherman is a great choice of places to live. The Units are new and spacious.The Community Manager and Leasing Staff are kind, professional and OUTSTANDING. The Maintenance Department is timely, efficient and AWESOME. There are always people that enjoy walking the area, which offers a friendly and safe feeling community!

The layout of this apt utilizes every square foot perfectly. The amenities are exceptional. It feels like a resort. Beautiful & I rarely hear outside noise. The pool is fabulous!
