I love the experience of living at birchway. It’s a calm and quiet community with amazing amenities and is right next to most of the shopping and food places in Sherman making it a convenient and lovely place to live.

The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I especially love the fitness area, like natural lighting, balcony, in-unit laundry, . The community amenities like the [pool, gym, clubhouse, dog park, etc.] are top-notch and make living here even more enjoyable.
