This apartment has the best floor plan I’ve seen it’s very easy to cool or heat. The staff is wonderful and attentive. The location is very good shopping and dining is very close.

Birchway Sherman is a great place to live. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, it is a quiet environment. The duplex’s are a positive addition to an apartment community. If you are looking for someplace to live then come check us out, nothing to lose and lots to gain!!

Birchway Sherman is a great choice of places to live. The Units are new and spacious.The Community Manager and Leasing Staff are kind, professional and OUTSTANDING. The Maintenance Department is timely, efficient and AWESOME. There are always people that enjoy walking the area, which offers a friendly and safe feeling community!
