Great management and good price
I lived at Heritage for three years. Management was awesome and super easy to work with. They were pretty quick with any work orders I placed, the area was quiet and kept clean, and the price was really good for the amount of space. My rent was barely raised at all in the three years I lived there. Maintenance was very friendly and even came out and helped me when my key got stuck in my car lock (which was obviously not required of them). I would definitely recommend this complex:

They rent is too high,they need to improve things before they raise the rent.

CVM
I lived at Heritage Hill for 1 year in 2011-12. I loved it and the owner was the best! The Apt. was beautiful and the wood floors were so easy to care for. Property was professionally managed as well! I want to move back when they have a 1BR downstairs.
