DO NOT RENT!!
The landlords do not care for their tenants. They just want your money.
Apartments are very old; in dire need of renovations, inside and out. When complained about damages and leaking, they just sent construction guys and put new sidings on top of the old ones. The construction guys they hired absolutely sabotaged the backyard and they even cut the internet cable so I was not able to have internet for a week. They left a colossal mess in the backyard and refused to clean it up. I cleaned it up... three times already only to have a huge mess again. Emailed the landlords about it and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
I will not be renewing my lease with them when the current one ends. You shouldn't either.
