She has been a resident of Montgomery County for over 45 years, by therefore she is familiar with The Woodlands, North Houston, Spring, Conroe, and surrounding areas. As born leader and entrepreneur, Teresa's quaint dreams of being a realtor, quickly transgressed into leading a one of the top award-winning teams at Keller Williams Realty, The Woodlands and Magnolia. When she is not guiding her team to success, Teresa serves on the Associate Leadership Council where she has served on every committee including Culture, Technology, and others. In 2020, Teresa received the Cultural Ambassador Award for the Texas South Region. Teresa also cofounded and president of the non-profit organization Wilona Dyson Charitable Foundation. Named for Wilona Dyson, founder of The Woodlands Market Center 22, the foundation exists to support the local real estate community in sudden hardship emergencies as well as raising funds for local charities and community outreach. She serves as committee chair the for the foundation's annual Talent Show and other fund-raising events.
