Sad place getting sadder

Leasing office avoids residents and that let a lot of weird people to move in. Trash and dog poop everywhere. Apartments are old and infested with roaches. Do not move here!

When I moved in it was the worst experienced ever, I had problem with roaches everywhere. The roaches came out during the date but more came out at night and as soon as you turned on the light they scattered everywhere. Also, when I report it I discovered my rent goes up everytime I create a request. I had problems with the dishwasher and water sat in there for weeks and they ignored my complaint and let it stay there until it smelled. When they did fixed it my rent went up. I would never refer… someone to move into those apartments.

Totaled our vehicle

Maintenance worker ran into our parked vehicle in paid parking spot, and totalled it. Management had said they would cover the damages, but later then refused to pay.

They're great until you move in

They're very helpful and kind and quick to find a solution until you sign the lease. Then you're lucky if they'll hear you out on anything at all and it's getting worse every month

Do not recommend

They offer move in specials for a reason! Been here 4 months and my move in maintenance requests have still not been fulfilled. Fire alarm started beeping and it wakes me up, put in a request a month ago, still not done. Nicole in the front specifically told me other people’s request are more important as people have been without AC for a while. Yikes. They don’t answer phone calls so going in person is you’re only go to just for them to tell you put in a request online. Counting down when I can… leave and expecting backlash for this review because they do get snappy.
