????? Excellent Move-In Experience

My wife and I had an excellent move-in experience at Villas at Birnham Woods, and we especially want to recognize our agent, Natoshia Charlot.

From start to finish, Natoshia was professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive. She made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, answered our questions, and ensured we felt welcomed and taken care of.

We truly appreciate her excellent service and would highly recommend working with Natoshia at Villas at Birnham Woods.

We’ve been in our unit for… a few days now, no complaints beyond the dearth of parking. We’ll be back in a few months to share our perspectives of living in our unit.

Would not recommend

Living here has had more downs than ups, from the start of our lease here we were faced with issues such as A/C functionality in the prime summer heat, as well as ant infestation that would not clear up for weeks. Most recently, we have a clogged drain in the backyard that we have been asking them to fix, and recently we had heavy storms resulting in flooding of the house. This could have been avoided had they fixed issues, and resolved the poor drainage system.
