I have been living here at the Resort Townhome for almost 2 years and I could not be any happier. The ladies are attentive, patient, respectful and professional. If there is an issue they are addressing them immediately. Anna is definitely a boss lady who does not expect anything less for us as renters. She definitely gets your issue resolved with compassion. All the ladies take care of this community as if it is there own and show empathy and patience for me. This is a great place to live if… you are looking for safe, quiet and clean area and where your needs will be met. I appreciate the team in the office. Thanks ladies for all you do??

Good Townhome style Apartments

Good value for your money compared to other apartment communities in the vicinity.
The only downside is that these are old and not very visually appealing.

My Home

This has been my home for more than eleven years. I have seen people come and go but though out the area remains nice and quiet. There are children but they are not hanging out in the parking area. The location is wonderful right off the 59 Freeway. The Fountains are within walking distant and a very nice place to shop and eat. The movie theater is also in walking distant. Very nice movie theater, a state of the art place for a nice couple or family outing. There is a nice workout room… available for the tenants. Two courtyards each with a pool. Pool is always nice and clean. Two clubhouses available for tenants to use. The clubhouse is very nice and upscale and nice. All the staff is friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. When something needs repair they take care of it right away.

Very nice and quiet place to live

It is a very good town-home complex in Houston area. very close to hwy 59 and Sugar Land town center. The common areas are well maintained and staff very helpful. it has 2 swimming pool and a fitness centers..

The Resort Townhomes

Wonderful place to live -- been there for now what is almost 14 years, and with each year that has gone by, it has gotten better and better. That's not generally the norm with apartments, but Rockwell Management does one heck of a job at managing this property! It is kept clean as a pin, the lead maintenance man and his staff are amazing, management is wonderful to say the least, and the Cares Team schedules events for not only the children in the complex, but also the entire families. From… the once a month brunch / breakfast to treats at the gate, movie night, etc., which joins people together to make new friends and friends watch out for one another. Hard to find that in an apartment complex as well. My neighbors and I actually do all watch out for one another, and care about keeping our community nice, quiet and clean. The Stafford Police regularly patrol our area, thus a great sense of security as well. You get the most for your money as far as size of the unit(s), amenities and service if and when there is a maintenance issue, no matter how great or how small, the Rockwell team takes care of our property, and are always all smiles! And no, this isn't a paid endorsement, it's all fact!!
