Yes, shortly after moving in, we encountered several issues with the apartment not being cleaned or repaired properly. It took nearly four weeks to complete the necessary work, which was extremely difficult for us—especially with a young child. When we approached the manager to express our concerns, we were told that if we weren’t happy, we could just move out. That response made us feel completely unheard and undervalued as residents. Rather than offering support or solutions, the situation was... dismissed without any consideration for how it affected our family. It was disheartening and made us feel that resident satisfaction is not a priority here.
