Cortland North Plano is an apartment community in Plano, TX
This place is not worth it. It is way overpriced and the apartments are outdated. Appliances, faucet, sinks, and toilets, all new to be replaced. Doors are painted with cheap paint and the paint keeps peeling off. Feel bad saying, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Cortland North Plano it was excellent community and very beautiful even though Out look was not that great but inside the building beautiful, also the customer service and the front office team they’re really great people. We always felt like a home but very unfortunate that turned into a racist team that taking over, always mean to people who lived here, not care about the problems, behaves like they owned the property not understanding solutions for the renters are suffering situations. Very... sad . We never thought about we leave this apartment in this feeling.
