I lived here for about a month and a half, and that was more than enough time to see the pattern. Last week, the entire building was without water — that alone tells you a lot.

Move-in was a red flag from day one: a dangling stove sign, French fries left under the dishwasher, and outlets with a strange child-safety mechanism that makes them hard to use. Four days in, I received a lease violation for something I don't even do.

Management crossed real boundaries more than once. I had to explain… my own holistic practices (burning incense, candles) multiple times over false assumptions. During my second week, after being sick for days, the manager showed up at my door unannounced, mid-workday, to question me again about the same thing.

The "non-smoking" policy isn't enforced — I personally watched multiple people sneak cigarettes, and contractors smoking left an entire side of the building smelling like it for over a month. Exterior doors don't reliably lock, which is a real security concern.

Water pressure is weak throughout the unit, and certain rooms have a sulfur-like odor when you run the water. Common areas smell like old mop water multiple times a week, and none of it improved despite being reported repeatedly.

Even the community rules are oddly strict — headphones-only at the pool, emails reminding you to clean your dryer lint.

Add to that: this property sits on what's essentially a concrete lot with no real greenery or nature around it, which makes it hard to feel any sense of balance living here.

I'm relieved to be out, and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live. Read More
