The maintenance team at Windsor Lakeyard has been absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly efficient and effective whenever something arises and always explains and helps residents understand what was rectified. Special mentions go out to Tony and Keon, for being incredibly helpful!

Just wondering why a simple maintenance request took 5 days to get too. I could have done it by myself and I almost went to go buy the supplies to get it done. Also you could answer the phone at the front office. I called so many times. Just straight to voicemail. Poor communication.

The maintenance team at Windsor Lakeyard is quick, efficient and friendly. I never have any issues with the work completed and it's always done so quickly. I work from home and they are super respectful of that.

I’ve expressed my concerns too many times and have not been taken seriously until getting the City of Lewisville involved and 2 different regional managers. Both of which never even responded to me. Extremely unprofessional.
