I think the apartment is good on paper and good at first impressions, but is overall lacking a lot of work. Keep your paper trail and stay on management to get things done, and even then, good luck. Maintenance team is awesome and kind and courteous and I think the new management is on the app but can use some growth and support.

Since moving here, the maintenance team has been nothing but helpful and excellent! They are always so kind and quick to help and I see them do their jobs with a smile on their face. They are definitely a part of why living here has been such a smooth and wonderful transition!

I had left the unit before the team arrived. They were very timely. Sending me messages and had fixed the issue, despite me not responding to the messages. I was on the road. I highly appreciate the maintenance team here at Windsor! The guys are always doing their best! Thank you!
