The office staff are always helpful. I didn’t appreciate that after living here 8 years and having my rent automatically withdrawn from my account monthly I had to show proof of my income.

Verified Renter

Extra fee after moving in I had to move to a different unit the day my new lease started, after three days I was charge $500 property transfer fee. I have completed my 1 yr lease from my 1bd, now switching to a 2bd, extra $500 transfer fee is totally nonsense.
