Fountains of Tomball

Do not let the reviews fool you, it's the Apartment Manager "Anita" who posts them. I lived there 5 years, and it was the worst time of my life. NO parking, noisy and lazy staff. I doubt it has changed. Beware!

I have lived in this apartment complex for 8 years! The grounds are immaculate always and they are constantly upgrading as the budget allows. Comparably the rent is competitive with other local complexes, if not a bit lower. There are also garages and small storage units available upon request, both of which I use. The pool is great and has a good mix of ages that use it- fun for all! The top levels have fireplaces..which are really nice in the winter. And we are pretty close to everything..... .including downtown houston. Cons: parking can be a bit annoying occasionally, the builders werent great with a level, and the a/c units are old in some of the units so the air can struggle during the hottest days, but they are slowly updating them. Definite Pros: garden tubs!!! LOVE MY BATHTUB!!! FRONT ROW View of the 4th of July fireworks...no driving necessary! And most importantly...the staff. We have the very BEST staff Ive ever had in an apartment. The manager Anita is great, and the leasing agent Laurie is the most amazing, loving, and efficient person ever! The maintenance staff is great and quick to fix anything as well. I have never had to wait more then a couple hours to have anything fixed. I definitely recommend living here...and do call. I have been here over 2 years and love it. Great staff, great property! Not a large complex, nice size apartments, friendly renters. Never want to move.
