How Is This Rating Determined?

Last Resort

Units are fair, has no hook up for washer and dryers. The buildings with washer and dryers are worn down and dont work well. Yards are not kept up in most parts. Can never get a hold of the owners when needed. You are given the main office number but sometimes its days before you heard from them and its only because you crossed their path.
