The property does not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed, and noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The fireplace is wood-burning, and guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. The spa heating element is currently inoperable. Room 5 will be opened for groups of 10 or more guests.
