Not only does this vacation home include upgrades such as a chef’s kitchen, soaker tub, and double garage, it also has an outdoor swimming pool, grill, and patio. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs with stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and a kitchen island with a breakfast bar. The sleek living room offers a modern, comfortable environment with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dedicated dining area seats 8, perfect for enjoying meals with loved ones.
Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage and on the driveway. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability, for a small additional fee. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.
