The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs with stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, place settings, and dining utensils. The sleek living room offers a modern, comfortable environment with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dedicated dining area features a dinner table with seating for 8 and bar-style seating at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, full-length mirror, and chaise, while other bedrooms offer queen and bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. The bathrooms include a soaker tub in the master ensuite and a bathtub in the second bathroom, with essential toiletries provided. The backyard is a private retreat with a custom swimming pool, outdoor grill, patio set, lounger, and conversation set, all within a fully fenced yard for privacy.
Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability, and may include a small additional fee. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. A noise alert device is installed to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, ensuring privacy as it does not record or store sound data. A laptop computer is not included.
