The minimum smoking fee is $250; however, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Failure to clean and turn off the propane barbecue grill after use will result in a fee. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling); to avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
