The propane BBQ grill must be cleaned and turned off after use. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. There is a minimum smoking fee of $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Tampering with the pool and equipment could incur an additional fee up to $1,000 to cover any damages caused. Please do not touch or move the pool vacuum at the property, as fees may apply. If unauthorized parties and events occur without prior written approval, there will be a penalty.
